Here’s a basic 5 exercise circuit that will condition your whole body in just 10-minutes.
Perform each exercise for 1-minute and perform as many repetitions as possible within that 1-minute.
Complete 2 rounds.
1) Staggered Hand Pushups
2) Prisoner Alternating Lunges
*3a) Bodyweight Renegade Rows or Dumbbell Renegade Rows
4) Wide Outs
5) Plank Crawls (for this exercise just keep crawling in the plank position as fast as you can until time is up)
* 3b is an alternative if you have access to a pullup bar
