Today let’s talk about the two main foods that are KILLING your gains and progress!

First on the list is peanut butter. Most contain very bad ingredients and toxins that will harm you in the long run. Peanut butter is also very high in Omega-6, which causes consistent inflammation in the body. Good alternatives to this would be sunflower butter, almond butter, and cashew butter.

Second is brown rice. While brown rice has a good amount of nutrients per serving, there are a few anti-nutrients that most people aren’t aware of. This includes phytic acid, which inhibits micro-nutrient absorption. White rice is easier to digest and does not contain this. Sweet potatoes, russet potatoes, and ALOT of vegetables will always be your best option.
