MMA Workout | Endurance Training





This is what I do on my off days from the gym to build up my cardio.
I work on my usual weight lifting schedule and also integrate endurance type training other than Treadmills etc. to really work on my cardio and functionality of muscle groups.
Basic weight lifting will help you grow muscle but exercises like this improves on endurance.
