Incline Barbell Bench Press
5 x 5 @ 8/8.5 RPE

Super Set:
Neutral Grip Barbell Rows 3 x 6-8
Dumbbell Shoulder Press 3 x 6-8

Extreme Super Set
Rear Delt Dumbbell Flys 2 x 20
Lat Pulldown 2 x 20
Box Pushups 2 x 20
